Randy Strickland

Owner & President

Randy has been part of Strickland Waterproofing since the beginning, working alongside his father, Charles Strickland, who founded the company in 1986. Since taking over as president in 2007, Randy has led with a clear vision: uphold the company’s core values while driving sustainable growth. Under his leadership, Strickland Waterproofing has expanded its services and strengthened client relationships, all while maintaining the family-oriented approach that sets the company apart.

With over 35 years of experience at Strickland Waterproofing, Eddie leads the Charlotte office and has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth and success. His unmatched experience and deep industry knowledge, combined with his ability to foster strong client relationships, have been instrumental in driving operational excellence and long-term partnerships.

Chris Orton

Vice President

Chris joined our team in 2014 and quickly became an integral part of our leadership, overseeing our Raleigh division and operations in Virginia. His strategic approach and comprehensive industry knowledge help drive business development while ensuring projects meet the highest standards of safety and quality.
