Wells Fargo Parking Deck

Strickland Waterproofing Company provided essential waterproofing and traffic coating systems for the new Wells Fargo Parking Deck in the University area of Charlotte. On the top level of the deck, we applied a multi-layer traffic coating system to protect the concrete from weather exposure and vehicular wear. This process included thorough surface cleaning, followed by the application of primer, basecoat, intermediate coat, and topcoat for a durable, long-lasting finish. Our scope also included below-grade waterproofing and the installation of a French drain system to manage subsurface water and protect the foundation.

Working alongside Rodgers Builders, our team ensured every phase of the installation met high-performance standards for both function and appearance. The result is a well-protected structure designed to endure heavy use while maintaining a clean, professional look.
