Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat

Strickland Waterproofing Company was brought in to restore and protect the exterior envelope of the Charlotte Eye Ear Nose Throat building in Charlotte, NC. Our team performed a full scope of exterior repairs, including removal and reinstallation of water repellant systems, wet glazing of window systems, and exterior sealant upgrades. To improve both performance and appearance, we also cleaned and sealed the building’s façade and painted the parapet walls, which serve as a fire-rated and safety-enhancing feature at the roofline.

Working in coordination with Garland Company, we ensured that all restoration efforts were completed with minimal disruption to the facility’s operations. The result is a refreshed and better-protected building exterior, ready to stand up to the demands of time and weather.
